Privacy Principles SRWA conducts its consulting business and online surveys under the following privacy principles:
Principle 1 - Information Security SRWA visitors or survey respondents does not keep track of persons or companies visiting the site. The only information SRWA uses is the Urchin data found at http://www.earthlink.net/business/support/traffic_reports.html. If SRWA does learn the identity of a respondent, we will not disclose any identifying information without the express written consent of the respondent.

This is to allow SRWA to contact you if there are questions about your feedback. In addition to the uses for the information you submit to us, we may use personally identifiable information about you to: 1. Contact you when necessary for additional information necessary to design a consultant engagement or determine if you are satisfied with our service 2. Send or contact you with information about SRWA 3. Allow a partner to contact you concerning a SRWA consulting engagement.
Principle 5 - Opting Out Individuals may opt-out of receiving future marketing e-mailings from SRWA. To remove your name from our e-mail list, please respond to an invitation by answering the e-mail with the words "unsubscribe" in the body of the text. Because they are necessary to adequately provide our services, clients cannot opt-out of receiving administrative communications related to their accounts. Such e-mail may include confirmation of a registration or purchase or communication during the sales or support process.
Principle 6 - Changes to Our Privacy Policy If SRWA makes any material changes to the way we use your personally identifiable information, we will notify you by e-mail.
